The Canadian Federal Pilots Association (CFPA) App and Website (collectively, the “Platform”) are operated by the Canadian Federal Pilots Association (“CFPA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
This Platform is provided exclusively for active CFPA members and authorized users.
Access to the CFPA Platform is restricted to current CFPA members (Regular and Associatre) and employees only.
You agree to:
Use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Not share, copy, or redistribute any or all information and/or member resources outside the CFPA community.
Refrain from uploading or transmitting harmful, unlawful, or offensive materials.
Unauthorized access, misuse, or sharing of information from the Platform may result in disciplinary action and/or revocation of access privileges.
Your personal information is handled according to CFPA Privacy Code.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purpose of providing member services, updates, and communication relevant to your membership.
The Platform may deliver news, updates, event reminders, and other official CFPA communications through in-app notifications or email.
By using the Platform, you agree to receive such communications as part of your membership benefits.
All content, materials, and resources on the Platform—including text, logos, graphics, and documentation—are the property of CFPA or its licensors and are protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the Platform content without the express written consent of CFPA.
CFPA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any member who violates these Terms or engages in unauthorized use of CFPA resources.
CFPA may update or revise these Terms from time to time.
Members will be notified of significant changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
